Whether you are simply looking for a safe space to process your experiences or practical skills to help you cope successfully, I tailor sessions to you and your priorities.

Group therapy involved bring together several individuals who may share a diagnosis or challenge in order to support connection and process with others who understand. Groups are facilitated by the therapist but much of the benefit comes from the interactions between members. Most groups are made up of between 4 and 10 members. Groups are often a great option for those who have engaged in a lot of individual work and are looking for lighter support or as a supplement to individual therapy with significant additional costs.
